Responsibilities:

• Maintaining employee’s work schedule.
• Supervising the whole process
• Keep an eye on the HUB feeding.
• Communicating with other hubs for smooth operation.
• Assist shift in-charge to solve issues.
• Generate daily At the Hub report and follow up with the Shift In-charge to clear the backlogs/Issues if there is any.
• Communicate with the Delivery Fleet & TMS team regarding package transfer issues.
• Distributing their task, Improving the work efficiency.
• Follow up the Salesforce cases and solve them.

Requirements:

• Graduation from any discipline from any reputed University.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in relevant field.
• Candidate having FMCG, E-Commerce Background are highly preferred.
• Problem Solving Skill.
• Have to be Energetic, smart and can-do attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office (Advance working knowledge in Excel).
• Have a good reporting skills.
